Terms of Transportation

Your use of the Services provided by Ridehire Technologies, Inc. (“Ridehire,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”) is subject to the Terms of Service Agreement including these Terms for Transportation Services. These Terms for Transportation Services are governed and controlled by the Terms of Service Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service Agreement.


1. Booking

Selection of vehicles is on a first-come, first-served basis, and is not based on race, national origin, or any other protected characteristic. Only one booking passenger per vehicle shall be permitted. Ridehire nor its servicing affiliates are not responsible for any delays caused by breakdowns, road conditions, weather or other conditions beyond Ridehire's reasonable control.


2. Fares, Fees & Promotions

Fares may be subject to additional charges including taxes. Fares are payable in US dollars only. Fares are valid only for the schedule, date, and time quotes. Fares are subject to change and may vary depending on supply or the date, time or schedule quotes. Fares may be higher during holiday and peak periods. Special fares are subject to availability.

Promotional codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. You must be over 13 years old to accept the offer. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17 (or otherwise below the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have parental or guardian permission. To accept the offer, you must also have a compatible Internet-connected device and have or activate a Ridehire account. All promotional codes must be submitted within the term of the promotional offer period. Promotional codes may be used only once and are limited to one per booking. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or credits. Lost or stolen promotional codes cannot be redeemed.


3. Cancellations & Modifications

All minimum deposits are non refundable. Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the trip departure time are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Customers must contact Ridehire Customer Support by emailing [email protected] to cancel or modify the reservation. Tickets booked within 48 hours of the departure time are not refundable and must be paid in full. Holiday week and special event travel are not refundable within 7 days of trip departure.
All bookings may be modified in time provided there is availability for the newly selected time frame. Modifications may result in additional charges should the newly selected trip have a higher fare.


4. Parking

Ridehire nor it's affiliates provide no warranties or guarantees regarding parking. You are solely responsible for any damage to your vehicle or any property inside your vehicle.


5. Luggage

Any carry-on bag a traveler wishes to have with them during transit is the responsibility of its owner. Ridehire nor its affiliates are not responsible for any damage to your luggage. Passengers are not allowed to transport in their baggage, on their person, or otherwise, any weapons of any kind, or items that are inherently dangerous, including any hazardous materials as that term is defined by the US Department of Transportation.
All articles must be claimed promptly upon events end. Storage and/or delivery charges may apply for any late or unclaimed articles. Certain articles are not accepted for carriage in the Driver's sole discretion, including without limitation the items listed here . The driver has the authority to open and inspect your luggage.

6. Acceptable Conduct

Travelers are expected to exhibit professional courtesy and behavior onboard vehicles. The driver reserves the right to remove any passenger who, in their sole discretion, is exhibiting behavior unacceptable to travel. Examples of unacceptable behavior include, but are not limited to, over intoxication, using illegal or prohibited substances, rowdy, loud, lewd, offensive, or hazardous acts.

7. Children

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult and may not travel alone. All contact holders must be at least 18 years of age.

8. Pets

Animals, except service animals permitted by the servicing company, are not allowed in vehicles . All service animals must be harnessed and controlled by the passenger at all times.

9. Smoking and Smokeless Tobacco

Smoking including the use of electronic simulated smoking materials, e-cigarettes, and smokeless cigarettes, is prohibited in all vehicles. Smokeless tobacco products are not permitted in vehicles.


10. Outside Food, Beverages, and Other Items

Passengers are not permitted to consume or bring outside food on vehicles unless permitted by servicing company. Passengers of legal drinking age are permitted to bring alcoholic beverages on board.


11. Damages and Incidentals

If a passenger permanently damages or vandalized any property within a vehicle, including but not limited to the seats, electronics or other amenities, the passenger will be charged the amount for replacement of the damaged property up to $500.


12. Limitation of Liability

The servicing company is responsible only for transportation on its own lines in accordance with applicable tariffs and limitations and assumes no responsibility for acts or omissions of others, except as imposed by law. In no event shall Ridehire or any of it affiliates be liable for direct, consequential or incidental damages for loss, damage or delay, including weather delays. However, Ridehire and/or the servicing company will make reasonable attempts to minimize the delays and/or make alternate arrangements to enable timely travel to your final destination.
